Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date it was shipped. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any accessories, scarves, hats, mittens and leggings are not eligible for refund due to sanitary reasons.
No exceptions will be made for items not eligible for return.
During the Christmas Season we will return any items eligible under our normal return policy purchased from November 21, 2017 to December 24th, 2017 are eligible for return up until January 30, 2018.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you send us an item past the return period you will be issued store credit only.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of recieving the return. Please allow for credit card processing time.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped).
If you received free shipping as a promotion (or local pickup) and require a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 and responsible for the shipping costs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They may be exchanged depending on availability of the product - please email email@example.com if you require an exchange to determine eligibility. We will try to accommodate all exchanges.
If you receive a free promotional code from a contest it is not eligible to be used in conjunction with any other discounts or coupon codes.
Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive an email notification when you new item has been sent out
Damaged or Defective Items
All items are inspected before they are shipped therefore, damaged or defective items are few and far between. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for a exchange.
All items are shipped via Canada Post and expedited shipping. We are proud to be able to bring you across Canada flat rate shipping for $10.
All items shipped to USA are flat rate $12 and any orders over $200 have free shipping.
If you live in Calgary or Airdrie, Alberta, you have the option of picking up your package in Airdrie. Please select this option at checkout and we will email you within 72 hours to arrange a pick up day. Your order will be ready for pickup within 72 hours of placing the order. Please note: pickup will be unavailable from December 22nd to January 1st due to high volume of orders.
