COVID-19: Western Bliss Boutique WILL be accepting returns during COVID-19.

 

At Western Bliss Boutique we want you to LOVE your purchase, but for any reason you are not happy with it, we are able to accept returns on all new product. As for gently loved product, no returns will be accepted, but some exceptions may be made.

 

New Product

All new products can be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. Tags have to be on the product and the product cannot be worn. The customer will have an option to receive their full money back or receive an in-store credit. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once Western Bliss Boutique approves that the returned product has not been worn, the tags are still on, and it is suitable for resale, the customer will then get their full refund or store credit.

 

Gently Loved Product

There will be no returns on gently loved products due to the consignment nature of the business. Some exceptions can be made by contacting Western Bliss Boutique. If an exception is made, the customer has to contact Western Bliss Boutique and re-ship the product within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and will receive their full money back or store credit.
